Ingredients
1/4 c BBQ sauce
1/2 c pure maple syrup
2 large chicken breasts
3 c cooked brown rice
Preparation
Cook rice as directed on packaging. mix BBQ sauce & syrup. reserve 1/2 sauce. Grill chicken & baste with the other 1/2 of the sauce. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165F. Serve chicken atop the rice. Drizzle reserved sauce over chicken.
