Ingredients
1/4 c chicken broth
1/4 tsp salt
2 lb baby carrots
1/4 c maple syrup
2 T butter
1/4 c chopped pecans
Preparation
In a large skillet, heat broth and salt til boiling. Add carrots and cook 10 minutes or until almost tender and drain. Add syrup and butter to carrots and cook another 3 minutes. Sprinke with nuts.
