Ingredients
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
2 cloves of garlic
4 chicken breasts, boneless
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp maple syrup
Salt and pepper
1/2 tsp sesame oil
4 cups shredded Napa cabbage
15 snow peas, sliced diagonally
1 grated carrot
Preparation
Combine first four ingredients to marinate chicken breasts. Reserve one tbsp. Add chicken and marinate 30 minutes to 8 hours.
Remove chicken from marinade and BBQ until cooked. Brush with reserved marinade.
Salad Whisk together dressing ingredients and toss with cabbage and vegetables.
Serve with the chicken.
