Ingredients

3 T Dijon mustard

3 T maple syrup

1 T balsamic vinegar

salt and pepper

4 salmon fillets

1 Grilling plank soaked

Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients in a plastic bag, add salmon, and marinate in fridge for 15 minutes. Heat grill to 350 degrees, place soaked plank on hot grill and close lid; allow plank to heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until plank begins to lighly smoke and crackle. Remove salmon from marinade, palce salmon, skin side down, on hot plank. Close lid and cook to desired doneness (10-15 minutes depending on thickness).
