Ingredients

1/4 pound thinly sliced cold-smoked salmon, cut into 1 1/2-inch-wide strips 

Pure maple syrup, for brushing 

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Arrange salmon in a single layer on a parchment-lined rimmed baking sheet. Brush generously with pure maple syrup. Bake until caramelized and edges are browned, 20 to 22 minutes. Remove from oven and transfer to a plate using a large spatula; let cool.
