Ingredients
Baby spinache leaves
Cup of chopped walnuts
1 red onion, chopped
goat cheese
For the dressing:
1/4 cup maple syrup, warmed in the microwave
1 1/2 tbs. cidar vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
salt & pepper
Preparation
Toss baby spinache with walnuts, red onion and broken up goat cheese blend heated syrup with vinegar and oil. Pour on salad and serve immediatly
