Ingredients
1 13 oz pineapple chunks
2 8 oz. brown & serve sausage
4 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp slat
1/2 c maple syrup
1/3 c water
1/3 c vinegar
Opt - 1 green pepper
1/2 c. marcino cherries
Preparation
Drain pineapple, reserve syrup. Cut sausage in thirds and brown. Blend cornstarch, salt, pineapple syrup, maple syrup, water and vinegar. Boil, stirring. Add pineapple, sausage, pepper and cherries. Cook 5 min.
