Ingredients
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3tbsp gradulated sugar
3tbsp butter(melted)
24oz cream cheese(softened)
1/2 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup gradulated sugar
1tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs
1oz square unsweetened chocolate(melted)
Preparation
combine graham craker crumbs, 3tbsp sugar and margarine, press onto bottom of a springform pan. bake at 350 degrees for 10 min. combine cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar and vanilla extract(mixing at medium speed untill well blended) add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. add heavy cream, mix well. blend chocolate into 1 cup of batter. pour plain and chocolate batters alternatly over crust, cut through batters with a knife several times for marble effect. bake at 450 for 10min. reduce temp. to 250 then continue baking for 30min. loosen cake from rim of pan, cool before removing rim of pan. chill.
