Ingredients

CRUST

• 1 sleeve saltine crackers

• 6 Tablespoons butter, melted

• 1/4 cup sugar

FILLING

• 2 packages (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

• 1 package (3 oz) Margarita flavored gelatin

• 1 package (16 oz) Vanilla CANDIQUIK Coating

• 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed

• Sea salt & lime (optional)

Preparation

•Place crackers in a plastic bag. Using a rolling pin, crush crackers until the consistency of bread crumbs. When crushed, place in a medium bowl. •Add butter and sugar; mix until well blended. Press into bottom and up sides of a pie pan; place in refrigerator. •In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer, until soft. •Add package of Margarita flavored gelatin; mix until well blended. •Melt CANDIQUIK in it’s tray according to directions on package. Add melted CANDIQUIK to cream cheese mixture; mix until well blended. •Fold in whipped topping, a third of the container at a time, until well blended. •Carefully spoon mixture into saltine cracker crust. •Place in refrigerator until ready to serve. Garnish with a sprinkle of sea salt and a lime slice when serving.
