Ingredients

1 package of pasta

2 beefsteak tomatoes

1/2 cup basil

1/4 cup motzerella cheese

1/4 cup parmesean cheese

dash of pepper

Preparation

Cook the pasta as the box indicates. As the pasta cooks, coursely dice the tomato, finely chop the basil and grate the cheese. Once the pasta has cooked, mix in the cheese so that it can melt in the heat of the pasta. Once the cheese has melted, add in the basil and tomatoes. Serve warm with a sprig of basil on top and grate some fresh parmesean on top.
