Ingredients
20-30 medium cooked shrimp
1 14.5oz. can diced tomatoes
1 medium avacado, cubed
1 small onion chopped
1/3 C. cilantro, finely chopped
3 T. prepared horseradish
3 small hot peppers, seeded & minced
1/4 C. ketchup (Heinz)
Juice of 1 lime
Salt to taste
Preparation
Mix all ingredients and chill for 2 hours. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips. Option: Serve over thinly sliced or chopped ice berg lettuce or salad greens of your choice.
