Ingredients
1/2 shot silver tequilla
2 cups pre-made margaritta mix
1 table spoon sugar
1/2 tea spoon salt
1 llb raw shrimp
Preparation
in meduim size pan bring all of the above (excluding shrimp) to a boil. while wating for to boil butterfly the shrimp (cut half way to center along the back entire length of the shrimp) place shrimp in pan untill all have turned pink. serve warm. for those tequilla lovers, soak pre butterflied raw shrimp in tequilla for 30 mins before cooking.
