Ingredients

1 can water chestnuts

1 can artichokes (reg. soup can size)

1 C mayo

1 C parmesan cheese, grated

1 t garlic powder

Preparation

Chop water chestnuts until fine.

Chop artichokes.

Mix all ingredients together.

Place in glass pie plate.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Place cookie sheet on shelf under pie plate to catch overlow. It’s done when it bubbles on the sides and is slightly burned on top.
