Ingredients

1 pound fresh green beans

8 oz. sliced mushrooms

1/4 cup crumbled Gorgonzola

1 T. fresh chopped basil

1 T. fresh chopped thyme

1 T. fresh extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Steam green beans to al dente; set aside. Saute mushrooms in olive oil to desired tenderness; add herbs, green beans, and Gorgonzola; heat until cheese is melted. Voila!
