Ingredients

16 oz bag frozen broccoli, carrots & cauliflower, thawed & drained

10 3/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup

8 oz shredded swiss cheese

1/3 cup sour cream

1/4 tsp pepper

4 oz chopped pimiento, drained

2.8 oz can Durkee French Fried Onions

Preparation

  1. Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimiento & 1/2 can French Fried Onions in a 1 quart casserole.
  2. Cook, covered, on high 8 minutes in microwave; turn halfway through.
  3. Top with remaining cheese & onions.
  4. Cook, uncovered, on high 1 minute or until cheese melts.
