Ingredients
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 TBSP Thai Fish Sauce
2 TBSP canola oil
2 TBSP Rice Vinegar
1 TBSP Tomato Ketchup
2 TBSP brown sugar
2 TBSP Hoisin sauce
1 TBSP grated ginger
1-2 grated garlic cloves
Fresh chopped coriander
Chicken breasts
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in shallow dish except coriander and chicken. If the chicken breasts are thick, slice or pound slightly. Marinate chicken at least one hour. Barbecue on a hot grill about four minutes each side. Microwave remaining marinade for three minutes at high. Remove chicken from barbecue, garnish with chopped coriander, and pour cooked marinade over.
