Ingredients

2 cans crushed tomatoes

2 cloves crushed garlic

1/4 cup chopped red onion

1 tbsp sugar

2 tsp sweet basil

1/2 tsp fennel seed

Dash red pepper flakes

dash salt

Preparation

Saute onions and garlic in a little olive oil until soft. Add other ingredients. Bring to a boil then simmer for 1 hour 30 minutes.
