Ingredients

3 Lbs. Chicken “drummies” thawed (not whole wings)

1/2 C. low sodium Soy Sauce

1/2 C. white wine or Chicken broth

1 teaspoon ground ginger

2 minced garlic cloves

3 or 4 tablespoons vegetable oil

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except wings in bowl and mix well Place wings in re-closable plastic bag and pour liquid mixture in bag. Be sure to cover wings thoroughly then seal and marinate overnight in fridge Preheat oven to 375° Spray “Pam” on baking sheet (disposable pans work best as wings stick) Bake 45 to 55 minutes basting and turning over halfway through Bake until browned
