Ingredients
1-2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts, cleaned & dried
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic
1/4 tbsp. dried thyme
salt & pepper, to taste
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together, except the chicken. Pour over the chicken breasts and marinate in the refigerator at least 6 hours or overnight.
BBQ on medium heat until cooked through.
