Ingredients
1 Chicken, skinned, cut into 16 pieces
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup White Wine
3 Tbs Soy Sauce
1 Tbs Lemon Juice
1-2 Garlic Cloves, minced
Pepper to taste
BBQ Sauce (My favorite is TR’s Hickory, but any thick BBQ sauce will do.)
Preparation
Mix oil, wine, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic and pepper. Pour over chicken. Refrigerate and marinate for 2-24 hours. (The longer the better)
Heat grill. Cook chicken on grill, turning frequently. 5-10 minutes before chicken is finished, brush liberally with barbeque sauce.
