3 bunches fresh broccoli

1 cup cider vinegar

1 tablespoon dillweed

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon monosodium glutamate

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon garlic salt

1 1/2 cup oil

Preparation

trim brocolli, cut off stems; combine remaining ingredients in large bowl mix well. Pour over brocolli cover and chill eight hours or overnight. Drain marinade before serving.
