Ingredients
6 chicken breasts or 2 broilers (2/12 lbs. each)
1 Cup vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 tsp fresh ground pepper
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp dried thyme
Juice of 1 lemon
3 Tb Wocestershire sauce
1 medium sweet onion, grated
2 Tb Hellmann’s Mayonaise
Preparation
Combine all ingredients for marinade. Place chicken in dish and cover with marinade. Refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours. Grill outdoors. Remember to baste while grilling.
