Ingredients

1/4 cup fresh lime juice

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup cider vinegar

1/4 cup olive or canola oil

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon ginger

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

4 fresh salmon fillets (approx. 1 pound)

Preparation

Mix ingredients together in dish, or resealable bag. Place salmon fillets inside, marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Place on broiler, and broil on both side about 5 minutes until firm.

Alternately, grill over hot coals using a wire tray or fish holder for the grill; about 5-7 minutes each side until firm.
