Ingredients
1 cup premium olive oil
1 cup tarragon vinegar
1/2 lemon, squeezed juice
1/2 cup green onion, fine dice
1/2 cup celery, fine dice
1 tablespoon choped parsely
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon worcestershire
Preparation
Mix all ingredients into a bowl and let sit at room temperature for 48 hours.
Pour over crab claws and serve
