Ingredients

1/2 - 3/4 C Olive oil

1/4 C soy sauce

3T honey

1T vinegar

1 1/2t fresh grated ginger

1 1/2t chopped garlic

3 chopped green onions

1/4 lb flank per person

Preparation

Marinate overnight. Remove Flank and grill it to your preference. (Flank looks rare when it’s cooked, to be careful not to overcook it.)

Bring marinade to boil while meat is cooking and use as a sauce (great with mashed potatoes!)

Slice steak accross the grain after grilling and serve with sauce.
