Ingredients

1 2 or 3 lb flank steak

Marinade:

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup Vegetable oil

2 Teaspoons water

2 cloves garlic minced

2 teaspoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger root

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

Score flank steak (make slashes in steak) Marinade for 4-6 hours or overnight

Broil (not sure how many minutes per side)
