Ingredients
1 large sweet onion, chopped
½ sprig fresh rosemary, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon dry mustard
½ teaspoon powdered ginger
1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
¼ cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
¼ cup soy sauce
2 TBS red wine vinegar
3 TBS honey
½ cup olive oil
Preparation
Combine all ingredients. Lightly score flank steak in a diagonal grid pattern. Marinate for 3-4 hours or overnight. Grill to medium rare. Slice across the grain.
