Ingredients

3 lbs of Flank Steak (or London Broil or Chuck Roast)

1 tsp. meat tenderizer

1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup ketchup

1 tsp. mustard

1/3 cup wine vinegar

2 tbsp. cooking oil

1 tbsp. soy sauce

1/4 tsp. pepper

1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Preparation

Sprinkle both sides of meat with meat tenderizer. Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over meat. Marinate for at least 4 hours. Can be marinated overnight. Broil or grill meat 6 inches from the heat source for 35-40 mins. (depending of the thickness of the meat), turning and basting with leftover marinade every 10 mins. (Marinade may be heated until hot, in microwave and used as a steak sauce for the meat).
