Ingredients

Place in large bowl and mix:

juice of 1/2 orange

juice of 2 limes

1/4 cup rice vinegar

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup olive oil

5 slices of fresh ginger root

4 cloves of garlic minced

4 tablespoons cilantro

pinch of sugar

pinch of caraway seeds

Preparation

remove skin from chicken and place all ingredients in a zip lock bag and add 4 skinless chicken breasts and marinate for 2 - 24 hours in the refrigerator. Turn the bag occasinally to ensure even distribution of spices over the meat. Heat grill and cook until meat is done.
