Ingredients
Marinade: 1/2 cup-olive oil
1/2 cup- rice wine vinegar
1 tsp.-dark molasses
and 2 Tbls.-lemon pepper. Steaks: 2 - 9oz. Sirloin Steaks
Preparation
Combine the marinade ingredients in a freezer bag. Shake well and add the steaks. It is good to double bag and place in refrigerator for 1 hour before grilling. Grill the steaks 5 minutes per side on medium high heat. Enjoy.
