Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds small mushrooms, cleaned
1 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon peppercorns
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon oregano
Preparation
Boil mushrooms in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain. Combine other ingedients, add mushrooms, marinate overnight, stirring several times. Drain and serve
