Ingredients

4 pork tenderloins cleaned

teriaki sauce

crushed garlic

fresh ginger

crushed red peppers

cracked black pepper

Preparation

remove silverskin from pork, in a large zip lock bag add pork, teriaki sauce, garlic,ginger,crushed reds and black pepper. Marinate overnite until ready to cook. add small piece of hickory and a small piece of apple wood to coals and cook to 160 internal temp. serve with mango salsa to cut some of the heat.
