Ingredients
2 lbs of Shrimp
Marinade:
1/4 cup chopped parsley
4 shallots diced
4 T. of coarse ground mustard
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
2 t. crushed red pepper
2 t. salt.
Preparation
cook shrimp until just pink…whisk all marinade ingredients together and pour over the shrimp while still warm and refrigerate at least 6 hours.
serve with any crusty bread…
