Ingredients

2.5 pounds Shrimp

Marinade

1.5 cups vegetable salad oil

3.4 cup white vinegar

1.5 tablespoon salt

2.5 tablespoon celery seed

3 teaspoons capers

1/8 teaspoon Tabasco

2 cups sliced red onion in rings

Preparation

Boil shrimp in 4 quarts of water and 1/4 cup crab boil. (Liquid or powder) When shrimp turn pink begin tasting for doneness. When shrimp are ready pour into collander and run under cold water to stop shrimp from cooking. Peel shrimp and add to marinade for 24 hours.
