Ingredients
Dipping Sauce
1-1/2 C Mayo
1 TBS Fresh lemon peel
3 TBS Fresh Lemon juice
1 TBS Dijon mustard
1/4 C freshly grated Parmesan
salt and freshly ground pepper.
For the shrimp
1 1/2 pounds of cooked shrimp
1/4 C soy sauce
1/2 C fresh lemon juice
2 small garlic cloves, minced
1 TBS ginger
1/4 C sugar
1/4 C oil
Preparation
Mix togerther the dipping sauce and refrigerate until ready to serve. Mix shrimp marinade. Add cooked shrimp and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Drain, transfer to serving dish and serve with dipping sauce.
