Ingredients

3 large tomatoes, sliced 1/2 thick

1/3 cup olive oil

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1/4 cup onion chopped fine

2 tablespoons capers

2 tablespoons parsley, minced

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon basil

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour over tomatoes in single layer. Marinate refrigerated for 3 hours.
