Ingredients

8 turkey breast tenderloins

6 cp pineapple juice

1 1/3 cp sugar

3 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp ground ginger

4 Dashes ground cloves

4 Dashes garlic powder

Preparation

Place the turkey in shallow glass baking pans. Combine all the remaining ingredients, mixing well. Refrigerate 1/3 cp. Pour the remaining marinade over the turkey. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours. Drain and discard marinade. Place turkey in ungreased baking pans. Pour reserved marinade over turkey. Cover & bake at 350 deg.for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 20-30 min. until no pink. Baste twice. Slice and serve immediately.
