Ingredients
Center
8 oz. cream cheese softened beat together with 1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
1/8 tsp salt
blend in 12 oz. chocolate chips
Cake
combine
1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup water
1/3 cup oil
1 tbs vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Mix all the cake ingredients well and fill cupcake liner 1/3 full. Place heaping tablespoons of center mix onto batter. Bake 350 degrees for 20-22 minutes.
Yields 18 cupcakes.
