Ingredients
5 eggs
3 cups of sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
8 oz semisweet chocolate
1 stick of unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups flour
2 cups walnuts (optional)
Preparation
Melt the chocolate and butter on LOW HEAT. While this is melting, you can beat the eggs, vanilla and sugar for 10 minutes. AFter this, mix the choc/butter mix to the egg/sugar mix. Then add in the flour. When everything is mixed well, you can add the chopped walnuts, as many as you want. I like to add 2 cups, and for most people, it’s a nice change to the usual brownies!
