Ingredients

1/2 lb spaghetti noodles

1/4 cup Kraft toasted sesame seed dressing

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

2 cloves of garlic

1 red pepper sliced

1 green pepper sliced

1 large carrot sliced

1/2 cup sliced red onion

1/2 cup reduced sodium chicken broth

1 Tbsp peanut butter

1/4 cup lite soy sauce

2 tbsp chopped parsley

Preparation

cook spaghetti as directed.

heat dressing in a nonstick skillet on medium high for 1 min. Add chicken and stir fry for 3 minutes. Add veggies stir fry a further 3 min or until chicken is no longer pink. Add broth, peanut butter, soy sauce. Stir fry an additional 3-4 minutes.

drain spaghetti and return to pan. Add chicken mixture. Mix well. Serve and sprinkle with parsley
