Ingredients

1 lb medium minced beef

salt and pepper to taste

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)

grated parmesan cheese (optional)

1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

1 egg

Preparation

Mix all together with your hands. Yes your hands, get in there and give it a good mix.

Prepare hamburger patties to the size you like. They can be regular or slider size. BBQ or pan fry until cooked to your liking.

Notes: -Do not push down on the burgers while the are cooking. -They will shrink so make them a little larger than you would like the end product to be. -Use medium ground beef, lean is too dry and will not result in the same flavour.
