Ingredients
4 c. hot mashed sweet potatoes
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
1 bag mini marshmallows
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350. Combine potatoes, butter, orange juice, salt, and 1 c. marshmallows. Stir until marshmallows melts. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole and bake for 20 mins. When ready to serve, top with marshmallows and cook until mallows are brown and melty.
