Ingredients
3 Broiled Skinless Chicken Breast Seasoned with Salt & Pepper
1 Cup of Small Salad Shrimp Lightly Broiled in Old Bay Seasoning & a touch of White Cooking Wine
1 Cup of Phillips Claw Crabmeat
1 Cup of Steamed Chopped Broccoli with a touch if Butter
2 Cups of Cooked White Rice
2 Cups of Sharp Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup of Shredded Taco Blend Cheese
1 Cup of Diced Green, Yellow, & Red Peppers
A Half Stick of Melted Butter
5 Pinches of Soul Seasoning
A Pinch of Garlic Powder
2 Pinches of Old Bay Seasoning
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together until everything is mixed in well. Then take a glass casserole dish and spray the dish with olive oil cooking spray. Pour the ingredient mixture into the dish and then take a little shredded cheddar cheese and spread over the top of the dish. Bake in the oven for about 30-45 minutes at about 400 degrees.
