Ingredients

6 Boneless center loin pork chops (thin cut) 2 cups cornstarch 1 Tbsp. garlic salt 1 cup canola or any cooking oil suitable for frying.

Preparation

Rinse pork chops with cold water, and dry thoroughly with paper towels. Season with garlic salt, then thoroughly coat with cornstarch. Preheat oil in a large skillet; when oil is hot, carefully add chops to pan without over crowding. Gently turn pork chops once they start to brown, continue to fry until other side is equally browned. Drain on a cooling rack over paper towels.
