Ingredients

6 oz. Chocolate Chips (semi-sweet)

3 T Hot Coffee

2 T Rum

1/2 C Light Cream, Scalded

2 med. Eggs

whipped cream

choc curls or chocolate covered espresso beans

Preparation

Put all ingredients into blender & blend at high speed 2 minutes. Pour into small ramekins. Chill to serve, decorate with whipped cream, etc.
