Ingredients
1 Cup of softened unsalted butter
3 Cups of granulated sugar
1 Cup of Sour Cream
3 Cups of Flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 Cup of shredded sweetened coconut
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp coconut extract 6
6 eggs
1/4 tsp baking sods
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare 10 inch tube pan. Cream butter and sugar unitl light, add eggs one at time blending completely. Add remaining ingreients combing all thoroughly. Bake in pan for approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes
