Ingredients
3 lbs red potatoes (small size)
1 doz hard boiled eggs
2 bunches of green onions
1 c sour cream
3/4 bottle of Helmann’s Mayo (small jar)
1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
Preparation
Cool potatoes. Cube potatoes and add finely chopped eggs and onions. Sprinkle with the Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing. Mix sour cream and mayo together separately with a wire whisk. Blend into potatoes and eggs.
