Ingredients

1 pound firm white fish, cubed in 1/4"

15 small fresh lime to cover fish

1 large onion minced

1 Jalepeno chile, minced

1 small jar green olives

4 tomatoes, minced

1 cup tomato juice or clamato juice

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup ketchup

1/2 cup olive oil

1 teaspoon oregano

1/2 teaspoon Tabasco

2 avacados, cubed

Preparation

Cut fish into small cubes. Marinate in lime juice 3-4 hours, turning occasionally. Drain and rinse well. Add all ingredients and stir to blend flavors. Chill well and garnish with avacado.

In Mexico, the fish we use is Yellowtail or Sierra but any firm white fish will do.
