Ingredients
Garlic salt
Cumin
1/4 onion diced
1 small Roma tomato diced
1/4 cupFresh cilantro diced
Diced jalapeno
1-2 limes ( to taste)
Preparation
Make a batch of rice for the servings you need. I would say 4-6 (left overs are the best!) I tried this with brown rice myself. Cook the rice with garlic salt, cumin and diced onion. Transfer cooked rice into a mixing bowl Mix in tomato, cilantro, jalapenos and lime to taste
