Ingredients

1 15 oz can diced tomatoes

3 green onions

2-3 fresh jalapeno peppers

1 lime

1-2 cloves garlic

salt to taste

Preparation

take tomatoes juice and all with the garlic cloves and blend in blender for about 7 to 10 seconds. Pour into glass dish or jar. Slice onions including the white and green parts and add them to tomatoes. Dice the jalapenos including seeds and add to tomatoes. Cut lime in 1/2 and squeeze juice of both halfs into prepared jar. Add salt to taste and this will be the best Salsa you will have eaten. Serve it with tortilla chips or use as topping for eggs, taquitos or tacos. It will keep for up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
